This is similar to Fallout 1 & 2.Damage Threshold has been changed more drastically. In vanilla Fallout: New Vegas, DT can, at the most, reduce damage to 20% of it's original value. If you were hit with a weapon that did 20 damage, you would take at least 4 damage, even with 20 DT. This meant that armor, especially with Realistic Weapon Damages, was not able to stop enough damage for it to be particularly useful.I have adjusted the value to 1%. A 20 damage weapon now has a much more reasonable minimum damage of 0. This will make armor much more useful, for you and NPC"s. I can't find a single realistic weapon damage mod that works for all weapons including modded weapons. On PC I had one for NV that Tesla Weapon Perk Round will sometimes emit electricity where they land that damages and slows nearby targets Tesla is a Weapon Perk in Starfield. Tesla allows rounds to randomly emit electricity that may also slow nearby targets. Weapon Perks are special abilities that can spawn attached to a Weapon when it drops. The amount of Weapon Perks determines the rarity of a weapon. Rare Weapons have 1 Perk, Epic Weapons have 2 Perks and, finally, Legendary Weapons have 3 Perks. Starfield Tesla Information Tesla Effect: Round will sometimes emit electricity where they land that damages and slows nearby targets How to unlock Tesla in Starfield Tesla can be found on Weapons that are Rare, Epic or Legendary.
