#1 Gosh I feel like it's nearly impossible to receive help or find an answer.... So I'm turning to the forums. To begin, I'm not super computer techy (Sadly) so please be nice to me Q~Q I just bought a GT62VR Dominator Pro and it was advertised to come with the year of the xSplit gamecaster license. I tried to look into it and set it up, but I can redeem from site, and when I signed up for my xSplit account it didn't pop up..... (I also upgraded the xSplit Gamecaster to see if that would make it appear.... Still nada.) Does anyone know what I should do?;~; #2 the my product link, click register product, input serial number, invoice information and purchase date. after every thing loads go back to my product page click relative information and there should be a box showing xsplit click it. then click redeem you may have to re enter serial number or enter a second serial number or upload invoice again if everything is correct you will either be redirected to another page showing the xsplit code or it will appear under game code.
